A Line Dropped By A Ghost

Last night I went to Toni’s for after Launceston Cup drinks. I didn’t goto the cup in the end so any excuse to have fun and a couple of drinks was welcome. I brought a six pack of James Squirie’s Indian Pale Ale which I hadn’t tried before. Very nice drop I must say. Anyway after a moderate amount of drinking and Yuki doing his duty of drinking 5 beers, we all felt rather pissed. Lots of fun was had, and a quick game of pass-out was done near to the end of the night. Needlless to say I didn’t get to film scoeity.

Today was the last learning day for NEIS. Now I got to get my business plan up to scratch over the next too weeks and also get the product finished. All is going to plan.

Well Mr. Collin is off as of yesterday on his big world trip. Bet he has loads of fun.. sorta jelious about it, but hey I’ll do it soon.

Currently reviewing ideas on what we are going to do with this stupid rent increase.

I also uploaded finally the Southerncross Country e-commerce site. So you can all now go order jackets from it. Now I just got to finish the user manual.

Also had a chat to Renton (my NEIS trainer) about a website he wants done. Small and simple, but could lead to bigger and cooler work. Time to get my business plan together for Ghostline.

Launceston Cup day today, so I have the day off. Sooki get the arvo off. I think everyone wants to goto the cup. I am alittle skeptical as I don’t want to spend much money, especially now we might be moving in the near future.

This morning I recieved a rent increase letter from our landlord. It had been discussed that he was going to do it for sometime, and our decission was if it did happen, we would be moving. We looks like we are moving. He is increasing the rent by $50 a week, I would normally agree to the increase due to econnomic climate and all the jazz. I won’t agree to it if he has not upheld his end of the bargin. He has not done next to any maintainence in the 2 and a bit years we hav been there. We have added value to the house with the installation of extras. So basically he can get fucked. Christ the tap has been dripping in the kitchen for 12 months. The fan has been noisy for the whole time we have been there. The place is not finished, all the wood on the walls is not painted, and the list goes on.

So looks like in a month we will be in a new place, where yet, we don’t know.
