SUCCESS!

That is my work for the end of this week. I have successfully conquered the mysteries for Linux and the Satellite.. well ok, I worked out how to install a Satellite card into Linux (thnks to Lauch’s help), a soft-modem and asymetric routing under Debian. Was a challenge, but I finally have beaten it into submission. “Why?” I hear you ask… because I was asked too, and damn I was going to do it. I have learn a lot from this endeavor.

I also seem to be winning in the business thing. People are starting to activily look for me to do jobs, and some people have commented that they wish they got me to do jobs I quoted but didn’t get, in the first place. Feels nice to be that wanted. So my goal still stands, get a decent wage with is constant, do cool shit and be happy. Still worried about the wage thing, but the other two seem to be getting there nicely. My bonus mission is to get myself in a position that I can start helping out my friend in the shit IT industry with jobs. That might end up happening sooner than later the way things are going.

But this all could be cause of my good mood… next week could go to shit again. That being said… I am going to enjoy my weekend, even if most of it is already booked out with programming and paper work.

I found a sport I could really get into if I could afford the one piece of equipment needed:

GeoCaching

So I am now putting a GSP on my X-mas wish list.
