Clubbing in Launceston
Sunday, February 6th, 2005Went out with Bron, Toni and Tiarne on Friday night after a really shite day. We ventured to the St. James and the noisy environments that try to aviod at all cost. But I really needed a beer or two. I am pleased that smoking has been outlawed from niteclubs and by Jan next year total ban. So that is one less reason for not going out. I still hate the noise level, one day they will outlaw the overuse of volume. I know it sounds old and fogy of me to say that, but I can’t wait to see the first nightclub that gets sued over neglect because they dont warn people or provide ear plugs to punters. The experience I found to be really funny. After a few beers and the animity of noise I started making really rude remarks about the punters around me.. more so observations that could be taken as insulting, but I found it all to be rather funny (so did the girls). So yes I am going to straight to hell, but the problem is that I don’t believe in hell.. so take that non-existant god things. The night was fun and too noisy, but I enjoyed myself (even enjoyed the hip-hop music… scary).
