So I sorta have been busy.
1. Wireless Tas - Business is registered, I have had my first NEIS payment and mentor visit. I have got some of my insurance payed for and got to get the rest ($2000 rest… ARRRR). Been having trouble tracking down Anne from Elaia, getting alittle nervious because of that. Writing the software slowly, need to speed up. Alan brought back stuff on the mainland guys for me (I have spies everywhere). Generally busy.
2. Oval Turn Lathes - Redesigned the website and hooked into paymate billing system. Cool solution for small business wanting credit card transactions. So hopefully up and running this week.
3. Fishies - Lauch brought more rock, Tiarne brought a fish and I brought a fish and coral. Very cool, post pics next post.
4. Xbox Modding - Got the mod chip and put it in, after a bit of head scratching found out the chip had no bios on it, so a bit of net reading, got me the info to get it going. Now I have my media player working, that is all I wanted the xbox for in the first place.
5. Movies & Film Soc - Film society is going well, lots of new faces and lots of old too, great films so far. Also been watching lots of japanese film on sbs and getting my hands on some interesting new wave cinema too.
6. Uncle Darrel’s Chop Shop & 360 Positions - Went to see Chris in 360 Positions in a one night stand. I hadn’t seen Chris act before, and really enjoyed myself watching this different play. I really haven’t watch many plays since I did sound on my school ones, so it was something sorta new for me. Uncle Darrel’s Chop Shop went on for 3 weeks at the Royal Oak and I haven’t laughed so much in a long time. All the cast were great, Can’t wait for Officer Perry’s Cop Shop in November.
7. Built my wireless computer for Elaia and tested it out with a few different laptops.
8. We have joined the community wifi project, connected into weldor cres but still having a few teathing troubles with our link. Got a heap of friends and their friends interested in joining, so I put in a order for 9 access points. Went a suvey peoples houses with baton and got sidetracked and ended up a radio tower on top of the tafe building. Heaps of fun.
9. Virus Cleaning - Still fight f-ing viruses on client machines.
10. General Procrastination - see all of the above and below.
11. XIII on Xbox - Finished it and I want to play XIII part 2.
12. Birthday Parties - Toni’s party was on Sat, Watched Rhys get really pissed and went home to sleep, fairly good night.
13. Nop can’t think of anything else.
